These General Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and digital platforms (including website and social media channels) operated by KUZURURA SAFARIS & ARTS LIMITED (“the Company”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon written confirmation from KUZURURA SAFARIS & ARTS LIMITED.
- A booking becomes valid only after receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking prior to confirmation.
2. Payments
- A 30% deposit is required to secure all reservations.
- The final payment must be received no later than 45 days before the start of the tour.
- Failure to complete full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer or secure card payment link provided by the Company.
- All bank charges, transfer fees, and credit/debit card processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- 90 days or more before departure: No cancellation fee (bank charges may apply)
- 60–89 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
- 45–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 45 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
- Tailor-made itineraries may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
4. Website and Social Media Usage
- KUZURURA SAFARIS & ARTS LIMITED operates a website and official social media channels for marketing, communication, and booking purposes.
- Users agree not to misuse any of these platforms, including but not limited to hacking, copying content, spreading false information, spam, or attempting unauthorized access.
- All content, including images, videos, text, and branding, is the property of KUZURURA SAFARIS & ARTS LIMITED and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
- The Company reserves the right to restrict access or remove content and block users who violate these terms across any platform.
5. Liability
- KUZURURA SAFARIS & ARTS LIMITED acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control.
- Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the affected service.
6. Travel Conditions
- Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and all required travel documents.
- Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss is strongly recommended.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in safari activities.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if a client is deemed unfit for travel.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
7. Changes to Itineraries and Services
- KUZURURA SAFARIS & ARTS LIMITED reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to weather, wildlife movements, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
- Every effort will be made to follow confirmed arrangements, but flexibility is essential in safari travel.
8. Applicability of General Terms and Conditions
- The General Terms and Conditions of KUZURURA Safaris & Arts Limited, as set out in this document, shall apply to all bookings, services, and products offered through any digital platforms, online channels, or other electronic media where KUZURURA Safaris & Arts Limited advertises, promotes, or provides information about its services and products.
9. Governing Law
- These General Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
